After messing up my existing contract phone by dropping it, I have tried to reactivate my old phone but needed an unlock code from Vodaphone who have fobbed me off and told me 5 times that I have sent them the wrong information, which I haven't. This saga has been going on for 3 months with them refusing to respond to my request for an unlock code as I am now with O2 and wished to insert their sim card. A simple request to Unlocks and I have the code within 24hrs. Wonderful you have saved my life.

Was doubtful of the website providing a code that would unlock the phone, but within the 24 hour period a code was provided that did just that and at a fairly cheap price.
